JASMINE LATRICE JOYNER cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional reshipping fees will apply.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of both the damaged item(s) and the original packaging.

To ensure the longevity of your bag and luggage products, please follow any care instructions included with your item. JASMINE LATRICE JOYNER is not liable for damage caused by improper use, overloading, incorrect cleaning methods, or normal wear and tear.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be charged depending on the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
